As an implementation partner with AIMA (All India Management Association) under the PMKVY – RPL scheme, PSWF facilitated accreditation of training centres, ensured target allocation, mobilization, and adherence to structured guidelines.
PSWF conducted Train-the-Trainer programs and delivered over 120 hours of training in digital literacy and entrepreneurship. Assessments validated learning outcomes and formal recognition of skills.
Vocational Training • Women Empowerment • Traditional Skills
In partnership with the Central Silk Board, PSWF successfully implemented a vocational training project in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and Bhagalpur, Bihar to enhance skills, improve productivity, and promote the traditional art of weaving in the region.
As a result of the intervention, 180 women weavers from Varanasi and 500 women weavers from Bhagalpur were trained, strengthening livelihoods and preserving indigenous craftsmanship.
PSWF also organized Rozgar Melas (Job Fairs), connecting youth with entrepreneurs and industry partners to provide guidance for self-employment and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
