In partnership with Collective Good Foundation and Vama Sundari Investments (An HCL Group Company), PSWF successfully implemented a comprehensive women's empowerment program in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh (October 2024 - October 2025).
In partnership with Vama Sundari Investments (An HCL Group Company), PSWF is successfully implementing an ongoing project in Uttar Pradesh which aims to empower Shiv Nadar Institute of Eminence (SNIOE) support staff children by providing opportunities to enhance and expand their existing skills, fostering growth and future readiness.
In partnership with Centre Silk Board, PSWF successfully implemented a project in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and Bhagalpur, Bihar to enhance their skills, improve productivity, and promote the traditional art of weaving in the region.
As a result of the intervention, 180 women weavers from Varanasi and 500 women from Bhagalpur were trained.
In addition to this, PSWF also organized Rozgar Melas (Job Fairs) for youth where several entrepreneurs and industry partners provided the required guidance to the youth to enhancing their livelihood through self-employment.
As an implementation partner with AIMA (All India Management Association) under the RPL programme, PSWF facilitated the affiliation and accreditation of the centre, ensured effective target allocation and mobilization, and followed structured marketing guidelines. PSWF conducted a Train-the-Trainer program and conducted comprehensive 120 hrs. Of training sessions on digital literacy and entrepreneurship, providing both practical and theoretical learning. Assessments were also conducted to evaluate the trainees’ progress, benefiting over 800 youth in Uttar Pradesh.

Be it communicating with friends, searching for information, doing banking transactions, availing online services, finding job, finding life partner or even running entire businesses. The internet touches almost all aspects of our lives. However, it also makes us vulnerable to a wide range of threats. Keeping the above in view, PSWF in partnership with Samhita CGF, implemented the Digital Safety and Security Programme to provide training in the relevant skills required for women beneficiaries of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Odisha. During this programme, PSWF reached 72,000 women participants and provided them with training on digital safety and security to stay aware and alert in a fast-changing digital world.
PSWF, in partnership with ICICI Foundation, provided 50+ hours of online training to 100+ youth to become Mutual Distributors and get empanelled with AMCs in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
